Fastening Plate
Fastening plates are engineered steel plates with integrated anchors, designed to provide strong and reliable connections in concrete structures.
The plates are embedded in the concrete before it hardens, allowing the anchors to efficiently transfer loads and stresses from the steel plate into the surrounding concrete structure. Steel components can subsequently be connected directly to the fastening plates through welding, ensuring a secure and durable connection.
The lifting loops are designed and manufactured in accordance with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and VDI/BV-BS 6205. The standard wire loops meet the requirements for safe lifting and handling of concrete elements.
Surface treatment: Electro galvanised or A4 Stainless steel
Material insert: S355J2 or A4 Stainless steel
